Mark was born in Wilmington, Delaware (1961) and grew up in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree (B.S.) from Florida Southern College (1984) with degrees in Finance and Marketing, and minors in Accounting and Economics, attended Graduate school/MBA (Loyola Chicago / Benedictine University, 1986) concentrating in Finance and Accounting. Mark graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago (1989) and immediately earned his license for the State of Illinois in 1989 and the District of Columbia (Washington D. C) in 1990. During 1988-1989, Mark worked as a Law Clerk for the Internal Revenue Service in the Appeals Division with minimum tax deficiencies in excess of $1.0 million. During 1990 through the end of 1991, Mark worked as a Tax / Finance Attorney for Deloitte and for the General Assembly / Fiscal Analyses Department for the State of Maryland. Mark has additional work experience and internships in Banking, Insurance, Utility Regulation and Accounting. Mark has handled numerous matters through State and Federal Circuit Courts, State and Federal Appellate Courts, and all levels of the Illinois Industrial Commission for injured workers claims. Mark's vast educational and work experience has resulted in his becoming one of the finest, most versatile injury attorneys in the region. Since 1991, Mark has worked exclusively as a Plaintiffs personal injury attorney utilizing his vast background in support of his clients claims and financial recovery and success.

Mark has been married since 1985 and has three children and both works and resides in Wheaton, Illinois.
As an Illinois native, Gregory grew up in his father's law practice learning injury law from a young age. He received a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver with an endorsement certification in Corporate and Commercial law. While in law school, he was a founding member of a Veteran's clinic that represented Veterans with a wide variety of legal issues. He then returned to Illinois to assist Mark in helping victims of accidents. Gregory's studies continue at Northwestern University as he achieves a Masters of Science in Information Systems with a certification in Analytics and Business intelligence to help victims of cybercrime/wrongdoing.
